Payments
1. Overview
Sekura processes payments for digital build operations using secure and industry-standard payment channels.
All transactions are encrypted, and Jupiter Soft LLP does not store or have access to users’ bank card information or financial credentials.
Sekura follows strict security practices to ensure safe handling of digital services.
2. Payment Recipient
All payments are processed on behalf of Jupiter Soft LLP,
a registered company and resident of Astana Hub, Republic of Kazakhstan — the developer and operator of the Sekura ecosystem.
Payments may appear on bank statements under: “JUPITER SOFT / SEKURA” or the name of the payment system used.
3. What Users Pay For
Payments within Sekura apply only to build operations (digital compilations) performed on Sekura servers.
Each build cost may include:
- a base service fee, and
- the usage prices of third-party variants included in the project (as defined by their authors).
Variant publication is always free.
Authors can publish and define variant usage prices without any fee.
4. Author Royalties
When reward programs are active, authors may receive royalties based on the use of their variants in user builds.
Royalties are paid out using the payment method supported by the Service at the time of distribution.
Jupiter Soft does not store or process contributors’ full banking details — only the minimal technical identifiers required for payouts.
5. Security and Data Protection
Sekura does not store or process:
- card numbers,
- payment tokens,
- banking passwords,
- or sensitive financial data.
Only transaction identifiers and technical metadata (success/failure status, timestamp) are stored for billing verification.
All communications occur over encrypted channels.
6. Payments in Kazakhstan
For users in the Republic of Kazakhstan, payments may be made through the official bank account of Jupiter Soft LLP.
These payments are made under a public offer agreement and recorded in the national currency (KZT).
Financial documents (invoice, act, tax statement) can be issued upon request.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are handled in accordance with the Sekura Refund Policy.
A refund request may be submitted within 15 calendar days after the transaction date,
in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
8. Transactions and Receipts
After a successful payment, a digital receipt is sent to the user’s registered email (when supported by the payment system).
All build operations and transactions are also visible in the user’s payment history inside Sekura IDE.
