1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy defines the procedure for refunding payments related to services provided within the Sekura ecosystem — a software suite developed and operated by Jupiter Soft LLP, resident of Astana Hub, Republic of Kazakhstan.
All financial transactions within Sekura are considered digital services and are processed through the official bank account of Jupiter Soft LLP or other payment methods supported by the Service at the time of transaction.
2. Paid and Free Operations
Sekura distinguishes between two types of actions:
-
Variant Publication — a free operation.
Authors may publish their variants without any payment.
Publication serves to register authorship and define the usage price of the variant, which may apply when it is later used in builds by other users, if a reward program is active. -
Build (Compilation) — may be a paid operation.
When active, the build cost includes a base service fee plus the prices of any third-party variants used in the project.
Payment is charged once per build.
3. Grounds for Refund
A refund may be issued in the following cases:
- A technical failure on Sekura servers that prevents successful build completion;
- Duplicate payment or double charge;
- Billing system error or incorrect amount calculation;
- Inability to perform the build due to service-side infrastructure failure.
A refund will not be issued if:
- The error resulted from the user’s own code or dependencies;
- The user manually cancelled the build;
- The build completed successfully but did not meet the user’s expectations;
- The digital result was successfully generated and delivered to the user.
4. Refund Request Procedure
A refund request may be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of the transaction,
in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To request a refund, the user must send an email to support@sekura.world containing:
- The transaction identifier (Sekura internal reference);
- The date and time of the operation;
- A brief description of the issue.
Each request is reviewed individually.
Jupiter Soft may request additional information, such as IDE logs or a build ID, to verify the error.
5. Financial Conditions
- Refunds will be returned to the same payment source used for the transaction.
- Payments made via bank transfer will be processed manually by accounting after verification.
- Refund processing time may take up to 10 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
6. Nature of Digital Services
Since each Sekura build is a unique digital operation, the service is considered rendered once the build is successfully completed and delivered.
Refunds are therefore limited to cases of service failure or billing errors.
Completed builds and publications are non-refundable.
7. Dispute Resolution
If a user disagrees with a refund decision, they may contact Jupiter Soft directly for clarification or pre-trial resolution.
All disputes are handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
